The carpet was super dirty. No coffee and no Internet at room

After driving for 7 hrs and 3 hrs at the zoo with 5 kids, half way through getting our room all done, she answers the phone and complains with a coworker about other coworkers while I stand there and wait for her to take my money!! Not impressed!!

Could use some renovations and updated decor.

    Very good

Front clerk made me wait for quite a while (over 5 min) to check in as he finished paperwork. This was challenging for me since I had two kids waiting in the car. Better to check the customer in first and finish paperwork later.

Staff was the only thing that was enjoyable, smeal, looks, cleanness were all a issue.

There was trash on the floors (corn nuts, bottle caps, ect) bath rooms shower head was nasty, enterence carpet was unsafe, fellow room was smoking weed and making noise till 3am with odd smells coming from it.

The front lobby staff were very nice.

continental breakfast could have been a little better. The lobby was a bit small. You could tell that the hotel was old and needed some tender loving care. Room was a bit confined. No soap in the bathroom. We were on the bottom floor and the ceiling in the bathroom leaked from the above room. When I mentioned it to the Shelby in the office he was very concerned and was on it right away. For one night it was ok.

There was a microwave and a mini refrigerator--handy for a family.

The door couldn't open or shut properly. The wifi wouldn't work about 90% of the time. The carpet and floor were surprisingly unsanitary and the room was far too cramped for a two double-bed room. Too little for 75USD.

    Fabulous

Professionally managed. Other hotels in that price range can be mangy.

This hotel is fine for a basic night time base. Easy to find. But not where I'd spend my daytime.

The size of the room and the kindness of the staff.

The location has external stairs and no elevator.

    Very good

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was a pleasure staying there because of the staff. The room was good and our kids loved playing in it.

The room was not well equipped (no trash can or bath mat and a burned out light) and housekeeping took till the next day to correct them (except a bath mat was never provided. The continental breakfast was the most sparse selection we have ever had, and when they ran out it was not re-stocked, even though there was an hour till the end of breakfast. I had booked a queen bed (I think), but received a full bed.

It is fair according to money.

The place is in an ugly neighborhood, there are people smoking weed and it looks very dirty from the outside. The rooms were fairly clean, the shower did not work properly and some of the electricity plugs did not work properly either. I would only recommend this place for one night only in case you need something cheap.
